
Holux recently rolled out Holux GR-239, surely another SiRF Star III receiver, which is claimed to make batteries and wires superseded, now the question arises that how can it be possible. Navigadget.com says that the well-crafted bluetooth GPS unit plugs into your car’s cigarette lighter power port, and sends info via Bluetooth or a wired USB connection at just $120 come cheap, and saves you from spending more on the smoking.
Besides, with the integration of highly sensitivity SiRF Star III GPS chip, the latest unit is capable of keeping track of 20 satellites instantaneously and the option to use an external GPS antenna.
It comes with the prize tag of £60 in the UK and no ideal of its availability in North America so far.
