I have heard about this survey online from other web sites as well and I think this shows how trustable the british people are.The Aziz Corporation (www.azizcorp.com) has done several surveys in the past and really shows how everything relates to communication. Whethere we are communicating one-to-one, by phone, media or most important the web, we have to think about security and identity theft because we all have to protect our real values.
